Inspection Services
CME’s field technicians and inspectors maintain all applicable certifications.
Inspections are performed to evaluate and monitor the quality of work and materials that are critical to the integrity of a project. The CME team provides inspection services for all types of construction completed under the International Building Code.
Special inspection is the review of work by the contractor to ensure that critical design features are constructed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications as well as the applicable codes and ordinances. CME’s programs include IBC Section 1704 special inspection for soils, concrete, structural wood, structural steel, masonry, post-installed anchorage, and more. Additionally, many of CME’s field personnel are NAQTC, ACI, AWS, and ANSI qualified to perform all levels of construction inspection and cross trained to perform both inspection and materials testing.
