Water Resource Recovery Facility Improvements, Carson City, NV
This $40 million project included the repair and rehabilitation of major components of this sewer plant to ensure continued compliance with State and Federal permits. The improvements included new standby generators for emergency power, upgrades to the existing control system and electrical components, rehabilitation of the existing digesters, mixing and heating equipment, construction of a new bioreactor tank for pollution and nutrient removal, and a new secondary clarifier. CME provided on-site inspection, testing, and construction administration services including:

KEY CHALLENGES
