5 Ridges Subdivision, Sparks, NV
Located along Pyramid Way at Highland Ranch Pkwy, the 5 Ridges subdivision will add over 1,000 homes to the much-needed housing inventory for the region. The site of an abandoned quarry will be developed to include 1,200-1,800 single family homes, 126 townhomes, parks, and a trail system. CME provided geotechnical site investigation and is currently providing construction inspection and materials testing services. Specific services include:
